By theory analysis and simulation studies, the new PBW system
has the best comprehensive performance. Therefore, it is the system that is closest to the concept of ideal PBW system. The new
PBW system has a wide application prospect in next generation
launch vehicles, especially for the launch vehicles using a hydrogen oxygen engine and a solid propellant engine.
It is easy to construct redundant PBW system on the basis of
the new PBW system. The quad redundant PBW system proposed
has two-fault tolerant ability, and it can achieve the reliability requirements of man-carrying launch vehicles.
