the surroundings via the MIMO radar, extracting range, azimuth,
and elevation of the targets and combine this information with
a camera image. This integration approach is also valuable for
sensor systems on flying platforms, where space of installation
is limited. It brings added value to applications such as obstacle
warning for helicopters or sense and avoid for small unmanned
aerial vehicles.
