Class Listings

lass descriptions on pages 11-32 provide the information you need to select your classes: a photograph,
the class description, proficiency level, and kit fee and contents. Please pay particular attention to the
proficiency level definitions listed below. You will receive a letter from your teacher in midsummer, acknowledging that you are in their class and listing unusual supplies you should bring, if any. You may also
view the entire brochure on the ANG website, www.needlepoint.org. Look under "ANG Seminar." Most students bring to class their usual stitching supplies, including a laying tool, a pair of sharp scissors, a pair of
scissors for cutting metal and paper, pencil/pen for taking notes, and a frame weight or frame holder of some
kind so that both hands can be free for stitching. Many students also choose to bring a light, magnification,
and an extension cord with a grounded plug. Classroom lighting is not always conducive to stitching.
