VIH also has in-house paint capabilities. “Our most important STC is the auxiliary fuel system for the Sikorsky S-92,” Arneson said. “The twin 150-gallon tanks are certified with Transport Canada, the FAA and EASA. It’s given the aircraft quite a bit of extended range that it didn’t have before. “We’ve been flying our internal auxiliary fuel system on the S-92 for years before Sikorsky could bring its to market. It was something they struggled with. Sikorsky came to us with a number of questions about how we certified our system. “There’s been a fair bit of interest in the product. We have 8,000 hours on the systems. Initially, we used it just for our sister company,
