David Loso

Jet Aviation St. Louis David Loso has been in business aviation for 33 years, starting his career with Cessna at the Wichita Citation Service Center as an avionics technician. Loso also has held positions with Rockwell Collins in Wichita, Kan., and Garrett Aviation in Houston, Texas, for nearly 18 years. Loso returned to his hometown of St. Louis, Mo., in 1998 as director of avionics for JetCorp. He moved to Premier Air Center four years later as director of avionics. Loso has been in avionics sales since 2005, first with Jet Aviation in West Palm Beach and now with Jet Aviation St. Louis as a result of the merger of Midcoast Aviation with Jet Aviation. He has served on the advisory board for the Alexandria Technical College avionics program, the school he graduated from, and has been selected to serve on many of the major avionics manufacturer advisory boards. Loso served as a member of the board of directors for the Greater St. Louis Business Aircraft Association for four years

Scandinavian Avionics Born in 1947 in Denmark, Hardy Truelsen grew up on a farm in a very solid family environment. After graduating in 1965 and working as a farmhand, Truelsen discovered that farming was not what he wanted to do with his life. In 1967, Truelsen joined the Royal Danish Air Force and served for six years. He earned the rank of sergeant and an electronics/avionics technician degree. In 1973, Truelsen was employed by BJFC, a charter/taxi/flight school and maintenance business, to start an avionics department. After five years, Truelsen, with family support, bought the BJFC avionics facility and began Scandinavian Avionics at the Billund Airport. In 1980, Truelsen built and moved Scandinavian Avionics into its own facility at Billund Airport, where it remains today. Truelsen still spends quite a bit of time with the company and enjoys business development. He has two children – Michael, who now manages Scandinavian Avionics, and Carina. Truelsen enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, bicycling and a good glass of wine. Truelsen’s company, Scandinavian
