AEA Gearing Up for Regional Meeting Season
AEA Latin America Regional Meeting, Aug. 13-14
After a productive and engaging inaugural Aircraft Electronics Association Latin America Regional Meeting with more than 50 attendees in 2011, this year’s event is set for Aug. 13-14, 2012, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The AEA Latin America Regional Meeting takes place at the Bourbon Convention Hotel Ibirapuera. It is located in the neighborhood of Moema, adjacent to the Ibirapuera Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the city and three kilometers from Congonhas Airport. Calgary Plays Host to AEA Canada Regional Meeting, Aug. 28-29
The 2012 AEA Canada Regional Meeting takes place in Calgary, Alberta, Aug. 28-29, at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel, just 10 minutes from the Calgary International Airport and one hour from the Rocky Mountains. The two-day event advance registration fee is $285 USD per attendee, and the deadline is Aug. 22. The exhibitor registration fee is $500 USD and includes two booth personnel and a display table. The four-star, full-service Sheraton Cavalier Hotel offers sweeping views of the city’s ever-expanding skyline, with close and easy access to the Light Rail Transit line and public transportation to reach the local business district.
