The displays come in three basic sizes – 6, 8 and 10 inches – with composite or full-screen modes and feature internal symbol generators to help minimize space and weight requirements. The ICDS PFD includes customizable engine data displays with what the company called intuitive LCD interfaces designed to reduce pilot fatigue, improve situational awareness and enhance safety. It can display primary flight and navigation data along with engine management and other functions, and easily can be integrated with solid-state digital attitude and heading reference systems.
