According to Kay, being a small company is an
advantage for customers.
“We have low overhead and no allegiance to any
particular manufacturer or maintenance organization,
which allows us to provide unbiased, flexible and costeffective prices on sales, installation and service,” she said.
These advantages have resulted in a steady increase in
the work that comes their way. But the limited number of
hours in his day means Michael may have to hire at least
one AME/LAME and one experienced bench technician in
the near future to accommodate all of their clients’ requests.
In the coming years, Michael and Kay hope to either
sell their successful business and retire, or add a partner to
manage and eventually take over the company.
