Jet Aviation AG / Nextant Aerospace
NEXTANT AEROSPACE, maker of the Nextant 400XTi, announced JET AVIATION
GENEVA as an authorized service center for Europe.

Jet Aviation Geneva will provide maintenance services for Nextant’s growing
fleet of aircraft across the continent. In May, the companies signed a similar
agreement adding Jet Aviation Singapore to Nextant’s global network of owned and
authorized service centers.
According to Nextant, with a fuel-efficient, low-emission engines and impressive range
(2,003 nm/3,709 km), the 400XTi is suited to the European market where it has made
a strong sales debut. Now fully EASA-certified, demand for the jet is expected to grow.
The 400XTi’s full factory warranty is backed by a worldwide network of owned and
authorized service centers and the world’s largest inventory of BE40 rotable parts.
Jet Aviation Geneva will have full access to Nextant’s global spares inventory and
distribution infrastructure, which is supported by Directional Capital’s Aerospace Products
International (API).

ASPEN

AVIONICS announced the

company’s Evolution Flight Display is part
of a new exhibit at the National Museum of
Nuclear Science & History in Albuquerque,
N.M. The exhibit, called Dynamics of Flight,
runs June 1 through Dec. 31, 2013, and
highlights the advances in aircraft design
and technology from the Wright brothers to
the Space Shuttle.
Visitors can experience flight via two
computerized simulators in order to
understand the concepts of pitch, roll and
yaw. As a virtual pilot, attendees also can
see modern digital flight deck technology
in action with an Aspen Evolution Primary
Flight Display integrated into one of the
simulators.
“As the industry faces a pilot shortage, it
is important to spark interest and to create
a desire in the next generation to pursue a
career in aviation,” said BRAD HAYDEN,
Aspen’s vice president of marketing.
“The Dynamics of Flight exhibit will be a
significant touchpoint for the students in and
around the Albuquerque area to get handson with aviation, and Aspen is proud to be a
part of creating that experience.”
