on its RANGR-RX ADS-B receiver.

engineering	offices	in	Irving,	and	manufacturing	and	
repair	handled	in	Waco.
"We've	focused	on	the	technical	and	practical	aspects	
of	ADS-B	for	10-plus	years,"	Power	said.	"That	drives	
our	comprehensive	approach	to	making	it	a	reality,	
including	designing	affordable	and	backwards-compatible	
avionics,	thinking	a	lot	about	straightforward,	consistent	
low-risk	installations,	supporting	the	rollout	of	the	
infrastructure	-	including	our	UAT	for	ground	vehicles,	
ADS-B	Ramp	Tester	and	other	systems	coming	soon	-	
and	our	software	apps."
This	year,	FreeFlight	has	received	numerous	ADS-B	
and	radar	altimeter	certifications,	including	the	recently	
TSO'd	RANGR-RX	ADS-B	receiver.	

"The	fact	that	our	products	are	available	as	integrated	
systems	and	as	modular	units	that	add	specific	capabilities	
to	existing	avionics	enables	us	to	offer	a	wide	range	of	
practical,	certified	and	certifiable	solutions	versus	just	
boxes,"	Power	said.
Leading to growth
The	global	rollout	of	ADS-B	has	been	the	largest	driver	
of	growth	for	FreeFlight	Systems.
"We've	been	growing	nearly	20	percent	each	year	since	
2010	and	have	more	than	doubled	our	sales	in	that	time,"	
said	Power,	who	credits	experience	and	innovation	for	the	
company's	success.
"We	have	an	interesting	combination	of	deep	expertise	
-	we	still	service	systems	installed	about	40	years	ago	-
