We need those considering employment and advanced educational opportunities to know there are well-paying jobs available within our industry. We need educators to help with curriculum to develop knowledgeable talent who are prepared for our workforce - this also is a concentrated focus within the AEA right now. And finally, we need avionics businesses to offer apprenticeships to further increase the overall training capacity. work that we do, which is a tremendous responsibility. The AEA is able to bring us all together with the purpose of becoming even better at what we do.
