2015 AEA Convention features new exhibit hall schedule
This year's event includes a modified schedule of
events, which allows attendees even more time for
technical training and professional development, along
with more time in the AEA Exhibit Hall!
This new and convenient format offers attendees
expanded opportunities to learn and network throughout
the four-day show. Register at aea.net/convention.
EXHIBIT HALL HOURS
* Thursday, April 9 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* Friday, April 10 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A complimentary light lunch will be served both
days inside a designated area in the Exhibit Hall
for all exhibitors and attendees.
Companies interested in exhibiting may request
an AEA Exhibitor Prospectus and contract by

Deadline for
hotel reservations
is March 9
The deadline to make an advance registration and
save $90 per person off the on-site registration fee
is March 18. Advance registrations are now being
accepted at aea.net/convention.
A full registration includes all seminars and training
sessions, AEA Exhibit Hall entrance for two full days
with lunch, and the AEA's First-Nighter Party and
Farewell Reception.
