employees. In addition, the company
grew from a 5,000-square-foot
office facility to a 20,000-squarefoot building. The company boasts
more than 9,000 installations of
Aspen equipment. Moreover, the
Connected Panel is integrated into
the Pilatus PC-12 NG, and it is part
of the INDS system on the Pilatus
PC-24. The PC-24 installation is the
Connected Panel's first application
in a business jet. Perhaps most
notably, the company was able to
continue growing throughout the
recent economic downturn.
For example, the company was
selected by leading OEMs for
its displays, including Robinson
Helicopters and backup displays for
Piper.
So what has worked the most for
Aspen Avionics, according to its
leader? The answer is its people,
community and innovative thinking.
The company was founded with the
philosophy to hire the most innovative
people it could find, who, as Uczekaj
said, "Think out of the box, and have
the ability to apply technologies to
aviation."

Aspen Avionics is a company
