MEETINGS
AEA Regional Meetings begin in U.S.
The months of August and September will give Aircraft
Electronics Association members four opportunities to attend
one of the upcoming AEA R egional M eetings.
For ex ample, the first AEA Connect event is slated for Aug.
1 0 at the Grand M ercure in Sao P aulo, Braz il. This is a oneday networking event between avionics facilities, manufacturers and the National Civil Aviation Agency in Braz il. AEA
Connect takes place one day prior to the start of the 1 2th annual Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Ex hibition,
which is scheduled for Aug. 1 1 -1 3, also in Sao P aulo.
In addition, the fifth annual AEA Latin America R egional
M eeting takes place in Bogota, Colombia, Aug. 1 9-20, at the
R adisson AR H otel. R egistrations may be made in advance
online until Aug. 7.
A total of three regional meetings will take place in the U .S.
this year, beginning with the Central R egional M eeting, Sept.
1 0-1 1 , in K ansas City, M issouri, at the Embassy Suites at K CI.
An early-bird registration price is available through Aug. 3,
and online registrations will be accepted through Sept. 2.
The W est R egional M eeting is slated for Sept. 21 -22 in
R eno, Nevada, at the Nugget Casino R esort. Early-bird registration is open through Aug. 1 7, while advance registrations
may be made online until Sept. 1 6 .
The Aircraft Electronics Association annually hosts
regional meetings in the U .S., Canada, Europe, Latin
America and the South P acific. The AEA R egional M eetings
offer a forum to see, hear and learn about all the new technology on the market, network with industry peers and discover best practices for the aviation repair station industry.
Attendees and ex hibitors gather for two to three days of
regulatory and technical seminars, business management sessions and ex hibits.
