ore than 27,000 industry professionals and 1,100
exhibiting companies attended the National
Business Aviation Association's 2015 Business
Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nov.
17-19. According to the NBAA, representatives from all 50 U.S.
states and 96 countries were present.
The three-day show began with a crowded opening general
session on Nov. 17. Featured speakers included Oklahoma Gov.
Mary Fallin, Rep. Dina Titus (D-Nevada) and the administrator
of the Federal Aviation Administration, Michael Huerta.
During the annual media breakfast prior to the opening
session, the NBAA and the General Aviation Manufacturers
Association released the results of a new Harris Poll survey that
confirms once again that business aviation is utilized mainly by
small and medium-size companies that typically fly turboprops
