The STC may now be utilized to implement an approved upgrade of the BendixKing CAS 67 system on many legacy Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, Challenger and Learjet aircraft models, according to the company. This STC addresses the European mandate for implementing TCAS II Change 7.1 for aircraft operating in European airspace. The European Aviation Safety Agency mandate called for Change 7.1 upgrade to be accomplished on all existing aircraft using TCAS II products by last December. Peregrine is now offering the STC bundled with the upgraded TPU 67B processor, available for immediate shipping. The data package available for this STC by Peregrine includes installation details for the TCAS II system upgrade. Hume has been in the avionics industry for decades. Prior to his arrival at MC2, he worked for the last 25 years with a noted OEM avionics firm, where he had a variety of roles focused on sales, problem solving, client service and product/aircraft model expertise. Prior to being a manufacturers' specialist, he was with an aviation service, support and completions group. * In other news...
