Along with your wife asking if you think her sister is pretty, this is an extremely loaded question. Any spontaneous answer you give will be the wrong answer. Value is a simple word, but it means different things to different people in different situations. It could mean the aircraft owner wants to add avionics so he can use his airplane in new ways. That's adding value. Or it could mean that he's planning on selling soon and wants to maximize his potential profit. That's adding value, also. Or maybe he just wants to have the most featurepacked panel so he can show off to his buddies. Oddly enough, people find value in that, too.
