STC for the integration of a FreeFlight Systems 1203C
SBAS/GNSS sensor paired with Rockwell Collins' TDR94/94D transponders. According to the companies, the
pairing is a cost-effective way to help aircraft owners
meet any ADS-B mandate worldwide.

rises, we want to ensure that we are meeting the
demands of our customers regardless of where they

B/E Aerospace for approximately $6.4 billion in cash and
stock, plus the assumption of $1.9 billion in net debt.
Under the terms of the agreement, each B/E
Aerospace shareowner will receive total consideration
of $62 per share, comprised of $34.10 per share in cash
and $27.90 in shares of Rockwell Collins common stock,
subject to a 7.5 percent collar. This represents a premium
of 22.5 percent to the closing price of B/E Aerospace
common stock on Friday, Oct. 21, 2016.
According to the company, the transaction combines
Rockwell Collins' capabilities in flight deck avionics,
cabin electronics, mission communications, simulation
and training, and information management systems with
B/E Aerospace's range of cabin interior products, which
include seating, food and beverage preparation and storage equipment, lighting and oxygen systems, and modular galley and lavatory systems for commercial airliners
and business jets.

Duncan Aviation and Gogo Business Aviation
DUNCAN AVIATION and GOGO BUSINESS AVIATION
jointly announced that Duncan will be installing the new
Gogo 4G system when it's ready in the first half of 2017.
"Duncan Aviation's experience when it comes to Wi-Fi
installations is unmatched in the industry, and Gogo's
4G system will be a difference-maker for our clients who
are thirsty for the higher-speed service," said STEVE
ELOFSON, Duncan Aviation avionics installation sales

have installed more than 575 systems, and we're looking
forward to certifying and installing the next generation of

According to the companies, Duncan Aviation will
develop 4G STCs for the Falcon 900 series, Bombardier
Global Express series, Challenger 600 series and
Gulfstream 200 aircraft. Duncan Aviation will participate
as a partner for hardware sales and installations on other
business aircraft, as well.
