Finance Committee and has served
on the AEA's Strategic Planning
Committee and Industry Outlook
Committee. She has volunteered her
time for the Air Carriers Purchasing
Conference for 18 years and served
as chairman in 2010. As a member
of Vistage, a CEO organization,
she earned from her peers the
Entrepreneur Award in 2007 and
Ambassador Award in 2008.
In 2008, Rau-Flattery was selected
for the Women Who Mean Business
Award in Kansas City. She currently
is a member of the advisory board
for Our Lady of the Presentation
School in Lee's Summit, Missouri,
and served as president for two
years. She also serves on the Avila
University board of counselors and
business advisory board. She and her
husband, Gery, are strong supporters
of Operation Breakthrough, an
organization for underprivileged
children in Kansas City.
She enjoys spending time with
her family and friends, cooking,
volunteering at their school/parish,
traveling, and going to the lake. She
is blessed with a wonderful husband
and children, Colin, Logan, stepdaughter, Carol Ann, and grandson,
Kory. She also enjoys spending
time with her extended family.

the VIVISUN LED illuminated
pushbutton switch. The VIVISUN
LED switch integrated its signature
sunlight readability with the
reliability of the LEDs to provide
customers with one of the best
crew station illuminations on all
platforms and reliability available
in the industry today. The LED
line was expanded again in 2008
with the offering of a larger
rectangular 1-by-1.2-inch format
