(Business Jet Passenger-centric) Introduction to the concepts of in-flight

The Certification Process
from Concept to Market

8-hour session

*	 Taking the applicant from the new and novel concept to producing
and marketing the product (STC, kit, etc.). The course will start at the
concept phase and walk through the documentation and communication;
certification plan; demonstration; production (kit/PMA); and then continued
airworthiness while following the FAA and Industry Guide to Product
Certification where applicable.

Safety Stand Down

6-hour session

*	 Meet your recurrent safety/human factors training requirements at this
year's Safety Stand Down. Join representatives from the FAA for the latest
in safety and oversight. Key topics will include: regulations, human factors,
ESD, occupational safety, as well as the fundamentals of root cause
analysis and system safety.

*	 Satellite system updates, connectivity troubleshooting and SDR configurations.

ADS-B Implementation,
Installation and Integration

2-hour session

*	 Don Dominguez, owner of Radioman Avionics, will provide real-world
answers to your questions about compliance, proper equipage and
post installation practices. Key topics include estimating your customers
proposed ADS-B project, design and architecture of an ADS-B upgrade,
equipment interfacing considerations for ADS-B In, installation and wiring
review and design, system configurations, documentation and return to service.
