fixed-wing, and they are subjected to more
forces, vibration, et cetera," he said.
Throughout the years, most of Emsland's
family has worked for the company at some
point, including his three brothers. Now, Brad
and his father share ownership.
"We have seen tremendous growth over the
years," Emsland said. "The main reason is our
added parts inventories. The more items we
have in stock, the more items we can quote and
sell. It's as simple as that. We're also fortunate
to have a great group of employees with a
passion for the business." q
Westcan Aircraft's 15,000-square-foot facility in Western Canada
is located some 370 kilometers northeast of Vancouver, British
Columbia, and 475 kilometers northeast of Seattle, Washington.
