Grow your business. Train your technicians. Meet with your dealers.
The deadline to make an advance registration and save
$75 per person off the on-site registration fee is Feb. 17.
Advance registrations for the AEA's 60th annual event in
New Orleans are now being accepted at aea.net/convention.
The AEA International Convention & Trade Show
is the largest gathering of general aviation avionics
manufacturers, distributors and government-certified repair
stations in the world. It is the platform of choice for the
introduction of new avionics products and services coming
to the marketplace in 2017. The event takes place March
13-16 at the New Orleans Convention Center in New
Convention registration rates for AEA members are as
* Advance (through Feb. 17): $675
* On-site (after Feb. 17): $750
The Hilton New Orleans Riverside will serve as the
headquarters hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of
the New Orleans Convention Center - site of all general
sessions, trainings and the exhibit hall.
A special group rate of $219 per night is available at the
headquarters hotel through Feb. 10 (subject to availability).
Early checkout fees are $90.
However, please note that the AEA's hotel room block
is already more than 90 percent sold out as of press
time, so act accordingly and make your accommodations
quickly. Although the deadline to reserve a hotel room is
Feb. 10, availability may not last much longer due to high
demand. Do not wait and take care of this today.
In addition, the AEA does not work with any housing
agencies, so make your hotel accommodations via the link
on the AEA Convention website. Should you receive a call
offering lower rates, it is a scam to obtain your credit card
Companies interested in exhibiting may download
an AEA exhibitor prospectus and contract at aea.net/
convention. If your company offers products or services
to the general aviation industry through a dealer network,
don't miss the opportunity to reach hundreds of current
and potential dealers all in one place. Last year's show in
Orlando sold out, so act quickly and reserve your booth
A complimentary light lunch will be served both days
inside a designated area in the AEA Exhibit Hall for all
exhibitors and attendees.
