FreeFlight's core capabilities. According to Taylor, the
Becker product was the perfect complement to what
FreeFlight Systems has in the market. The team effort
was natural and easy.
"A couple of phone calls and visits; I went there,
and they came here," he said. "It was easy to bring an
agreement together."
In addition to the Becker relationship, FreeFlight
Systems has been working with Palu Innovations of
Lomazzo, Italy, a young company dedicated to improving
rotorcraft safety during approach and landing. Palu is the
winner of the From Idea to Enterprise Award presented
by the Como Chamber of Commerce, which is north of
Milan, Italy.
Palu Innovations took note of the large number of
accidents related to helicopter approach and landing at
offshore platforms. Using ADS-B technology and teaming

it still considers the company as one with a lot to do.
Tim Taylor, chief executive officer of FreeFlight
Systems, explained how teamwork helps move product
development forward.
