full of customers, a busy ramp and her team doing what
they are supposed to be doing. "I like watching them
work together because if one thing goes wrong, we all
suffer and we need to shine so that our customers come
back," she said.
A typical day finds her opening her office door and
jumping in to work. Creel-Cesena said her focus is both
customer service and safety - and a clean facility, too.
One of her sayings is, "If you have time to lean, you
have time to clean."
As for her recent transition to general manager, CreelCesena said, "At first, it was surreal that everything was
my responsibility. I was now the one upper management
would go to with their questions, but my hands have
always been deep in the company. Without my team,
though, without each other, we have nothing."
When she's not working, Creel-Cesena said, "My
kids are my hobby." She and her husband, Brian, who
is a field manager with AT&T, are parents to Hayden,
14, and Brayden, 17. "We love doing things together as
a family."
The family also loves football. Daughter Brayden is a
Denver Broncos fan, and the rest are Arizona Cardinals
fans and season ticket holders, which causes fights over
the television.
As for her future, Creel-Cesena sees it at Cutter
Aviation, continuing to work hard. "I have been here
six years, and I'm not the type of person to be on the
back burner," she said. "That trait is what helped get
me here." q
