UFDC 69 th Annual Convention

What is the Registration fee? Full Registration fee is $375
if you book your room reservation through the JW Marriott,
5350 East Marriott Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85054 as a UFDC attendee.
If you are not planning to stay at the host hotel, then the
registration fee is $475. This extra fee is to cover the costs of
convention function room usage and is factored into the hotel
registration. Full registration includes the opportunity to sign
up for special themed meal events, seminars, and workshops;
admission to the salesroom; special exhibits; competitive exhibits;
Dynamic Doll Dialogues, gatherings; educational programs; a
ticket to the ﬁnal banquet; and a limited edition souvenir doll
designed by Ruby Red Galleria.
Limited registration fee is $250 if you are staying at the hotel and
$350 if you are not staying at the hotel. A small number of limited
registrations will be available only after all full registrations
are sold. A limited registration includes the same convention
opportunities as above EXCEPT it does not include the ﬁnal
night banquet or souvenir doll or priority to special meal events.
Where to stay? To receive the discounted room rates you must
be registered for convention. You will receive a UFDC Hotel
Code by December 15, 2017. Please call the JW Marriott's tollfree number 1-800-835-6203 or use the provided Passkey in your
letter after January 3, 2018. Our convention room rate is $149
per night for a single or double room. Support the success of the
UFDC Convention by staying in our host hotel where you will
be able to enjoy all activities, network with other collectors and
enjoy the many hotel amenities.

When to register?

Beginning August 5th,
2017 members may register for
convention. March 1, 2018 - Family
members and non-members (children from
8 years old to 18 years old may only register if
accompanied by a registered UFDC member who agrees to take
full responsibility for the attending child). Information about full
convention activities will be sent with registration conﬁrmation
after April 15, 2018.
How to register?

Complete the registration form. Send a separate card and
payment for each registration. For additional forms, copy or
print this registration card. Register online at www.ufdc.org.
* Make check or money order payable to "UFDC Convention
2018." Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express will be accepted only if the name, number and
expiration date are correct.
* Mail form and fee at the appropriate time to: UFDC 2018
Convention Registrar, 10900 N. Pomona Ave., Kansas City,
MO 64153. Online registration and payment is available at
www.ufdc.org.
* No registrations or cancellations will be accepted by telephone.
Layaway is available payable in 5 monthly payments of
$75.00 each. Cancellation Fee is $50. No cancellations will be
accepted after May 15, 2018.
