This year's presentations will not disappoint. * Convention Souvenir Doll Artist Ruby Red Galleria - Our souvenir artists are preparing a very special exhibit of their dolls * "From Dollhouse to Automata-The Well-Traveled and Amazing Dolls of Simon and Halbig" - Chairpersons Rosalie Whyel and Shelley Helzer will be your hosts * "Passport to Adventure " - Chairpersons Deborah Troy and Jean Kestel will host your personal trip around the world * Native American Dolls - A very special presentation of native American dolls, chaired by author, Maurine Steuer * Barbie and Friends - Chairperson Bradley Justice shares Barbie's International Adventures, featuring dolls from the UFDC collection and more Competitive Exhibit The Convention Competitive Exhibit offers a wonderful opportunity to share and learn. All attendees are encouraged to bring dolls to display. This year's Competitive Exhibit will be presented in a spacious area, sure to enhance our enjoyment, with categories that reflect an exciting variety of interests with emphasis on a timeline through doll history. Educational and Other Events Our team of convention chairs are working to make this year's experiences especially memorable. * Dynamic Doll Dialogues - Free to all attendees, these one-hour round table discussions offer an opportunity to discuss and examine dolls and doll-related items. This year, we've added evening sessions. * Workshops - These are ticketed events, designed for different skill levels, with a variety of projects being offered. Attendees can learn something new or further their skills on a unique item presented by one of our talented members. * Seminars - These are ticketed events that offer classroom-style learning experiences taught by knowledgeable experts on a variety of doll and doll-related subjects.
