Slightly taller and standing at 8-inches, are these two all-original girls that have the same face mold. The girl on the left is marked: 860 Made in//Soviet Union. The pompoms on the sides of her hat would have been made of swans down on a real hat. These four dolls are all created with finer linen used for their faces. The boys have fancy hairdos with their blonde hair curled under. They wear kosovorotkas or shirts with embroidered trim instead of the usual printed design. The boy in blue and the smaller girl both have the same paper tag sewn to the back of their outfits. The tag translates as "Doll-and a name." DOLL NEWS * UFDC.ORG 141http://www.UFDC.ORG
