Case Report an orthognathic maxilla with an SNA of 79.3° and a retrognathic mandible with an SNB of 75.3°, indicating a Class II skeletal relationship (ANB of 4.0°). Mandibular incisor inclination is proclined, with a L1-NB of 5.9 mm and an IMPA of 102.9°. The patient's maxillary incisors are slightly upright, with an U1-NA of 3.6 mm and U1-SN of 101.5°. These incisor inclinations are normal compensations for Class II skeletal malocclusions. A cervical vertebral maturation stage (CVMS) of V suggests that the patient is greater than two years past her peak skeletal growth spurt and has minimal growth remaining.
