Case Report An evaluation of the initial CBCT showed impaction of the UL1 and UL3, where the UL3 crown was locked between the UL1 and UL2 roots, and the UL2 root was pointing distally and lingually. Cephalometric analysis indicated a hypodivergent skeletal pattern (FMA: 17°) with proclined incisors (U1-SN: 115° and IMPA: 107°). The case also indicated a shallow overbite and lack of adequate overjet. In addition, a buccal crossbite was present at the LL8. There was adequate space for all of the permanent teeth in the maxillary arch. Initial CBCT images Initial models Summer 2017 PCSO Bulletin 31
