New and Younger Members
What are your plans after graduation?
Southern California has always been my home,
and I plan to find an associateship position
locally. My dream is to become a practice owner
within a couple of years. In the course of my
training, I have learned that I am passionate
about teaching and would like to eventually
return to academics on a part-time basis. I also
feel strongly about contributing to the orthodontic profession by participating in meaningful
research throughout my career.

Are you involved in any activities in the
PCSO/AAO?
I have attended PCSO and AAO meetings since
the beginning of my program. I consider the lectures and overall experiences to be invaluable. I
am interested in organized dentistry and orthodontics. I look forward to contributing in the
future.
What benefits do you enjoy from the PCSO? What
do you like most about PCSO conferences?
As a resident, traveling to and attending PCSO
meetings is not only fun, it's an eye-opening
experience. It provides us with amazing opportunities, such as meeting and interacting with
residents from other programs, attending worldrenowned lectures, and participating in the New
and Younger Members Luncheon. What I like
most about PCSO conferences is the clinical
applicability and relevance of the lectures. By
applying what I learn, I am able to provide my
patients with better treatment outcomes and
experiences.
Tell us about your family and personal interests.
I am very fortunate to have loving parents and a
sister nearby; they have supported and encouraged me on my journey to where I am today. Regular family vacations maintain our close family
bond, whether it's wakeboarding at Lake Mead,
dirt-biking in the desert, or traveling abroad. I
love to be outdoors and will use any excuse to go
adventuring, camping, or hiking. As an avid music
lover and drummer, I take advantage of every
opportunity I have to attend concerts.
