Case Report Radiographic Findings The panoramic radiograph shows generalized horizontal bone loss of about 1 to 2 mm. She has her lower third molars. The lateral cephalometric image shows a skeletal Class I pattern with hypodivergent growth pattern along with normal incisor inclination. Her lower lip is protrusive. Treatment Objectives The goal of treatment is to improve the patient's smile, and even her incisal display, while at the same time establishing an ideal overbite and overjet and correcting her left canine relationship so that there is ideal anterior guidance, canine rise, and function. Her lips are apart at rest and she is able to swallow without lip strain. Maintenance or improvement of facial balance is desired.
