Case Report Treatment Results Idealized overbite and overjet were achieved. The Incognito appliance had vertical insertion into the mandibular incisors and was a ribbon arch, so it allowed for efficient leveling of the mandibular arch. As expected with direct anchorage to the TADs, the mandibular arch was retracted and the mandibular incisors were intruded. The patient showed improved maxillary incisal exposure and her overbite and overjet were improved. The final position of her mandibular incisors was more upright than initially planned. While specific angular changes were asked for in the initial setup, exact angular changes are difficult to achieve with the final appliances, as the tools for angular evaluation do not exist within the setup itself.
