usage fees or installation expenses. It's great for smaller Part
23 aircraft, and recently, we've had a lot of Part 25s, who may
have an internet-based system domestically but can't see
spending the money " for a worldwide satellite-based solution.
Pinson told attendees Airtext is continuing to do well, with
60% growth year over year. " We've had a lot of dealers tell us
that if the interior's out or (there's) an existing Iridium antenna,
they can (install) the box in less than two days. So for those
customers that are really concerned with downtime, Airtext is

ALTO Aviation
ALTO Aviation is a longtime participant in business
aviation's marketplace for premium cabin entertainment

out its Cadence VIP switch panel. With a single button, the
new panel can activate ALTO's new MySound Optimization

According to the company, ALTO's digital signal processing
software precisely maps the cabin loudspeakers' location,
making it well-suited for existing installations and enabling use
of the same speaker grills, minimizing installation time and
cost. ALTO's System Master controller (SM-1070) commands
the amplifiers to select the desired profile, using pre-stored
equalization modes for each aircraft via the on-site tuning
ALTO's Audio System provides.
