" In 2019, CCX Technologies released the T-RX RP+
avionics tester. It's still the only all-in-one tester available
today with the capability to conduct over 100-plus tests on 16
avionics systems across the aircraft, " Matt Bartolotta, director
of sales with CCX Technologies told attendees as he opened
his presentation. " Last year in Dallas, following feedback from
our growing customer base, we released the GPS signal
generator, which validates the GPS functionality
on the aircraft. This GPS signal generator
includes GPS L1 signal generation,
satellite generation, dynamic
positioning and altitude
movement.
" The T-RX RP+ and the GPS
GPS antenna coupler
signal generator are available
today. They're easy to set up,
they're intuitive to use. We were missing one last piece, and
that's why today I'm very excited to announce the release of
our GPS antenna coupler.
" The GPS antenna coupler works in parallel with the GPS
signal generator. It provides over 20 decibels of antenna
isolation to minimize the outside GPS signal interference.
The GPS antenna coupler uses a BNC connector, which also
means that technicians have to switch connectors if they're
using other test equipment. With these tools, maintenance
professionals are able to perform numerous tests that require
GPS, all from the hangar, saving time, money and energy.
" At CCX, we design our products with our customers
in mind. The T-RX avionics tester and product family are
efficient devices that put maintenance professionals first. Our
products come with digital and video user guides, walking
technicians through every step of the way. These guides will
now include the antenna coupler. "

Collins Aerospace
Nicole White, business and regional avionics lead at
Collins Aerospace, briefed attendees on her company's
plans for three of its popular product lines: the Pro Line
Fusion upgrades for King Airs, modernizing Pro Line 21
installations and adding features to the Falcon Pro Line 4-to21
aftermarket upgrade.
" When we first introduced Pro Line Fusion to the King
Air market, we leveraged our HD landscape displays and
were able to enhance situational awareness and reduce

pilot workload, " White reported. " We've now received EASA
and ANAC certifications, along with the FAA. We're excited
to bring this technology into the aftermarket and, for those
customers who are looking for additional production-like
features, we will also be launching an OEM glareshield, the
L3 standby indicator, and we will also have a more-efficient
STC and installation package for all of you dealers.
" The next thing I want to talk about is one of our flagship
programs, which is Pro Line 21 modernization. We've been
bringing incremental updates to these Pro Line 21-equipped
aircraft for years, and I'm excited to announce that this year
we'll be adding CPDLC to the fleet. It'll be available in Q2 for
our premier customers, and in Q3 for our King Air and Hawker
customers. "
The company said it will additionally be adding certification
for FANS 1/A and ATN B1.
" Last, I want to cover the Falcon - similar theme here, "
White said. " We have a Falcon Pro Line 4-to-21 aftermarket
upgrade today that brings old Pro Line 4 equipment out and
puts new, integrated display systems and an FMS update in.
I'm excited to announce in Q2 we'll have a multi-scan weather
radar STC that's available for the Falcon 50EX, and our
Falcon 2000 STC is available today. "
