FLIGHTSAFETY INTERNATIONAL promoted DANIEL
MACLELLAN to senior vice president, operations.

MacLellan will be responsible
Daniel MacLellan
for FlightSafety's global Learning
Center operations. According to the company, he provides guidance and support for the centers, the development, management and delivery of training programs,
and interaction with aviation regulatory agencies worldwide. His responsibilities also include customer service
and the entry into service of flight simulators and other
advanced training devices.

In other news...
The company named THIERRY PIERARD as an assistant manager of the company's Learning Center in Dallas,
Texas. Thierry joined FlightSafety in 2004 as an instructor
for the Falcon 20 series of aircraft. He was named program manager of Dassault Falcon 20 aircraft training in
2005, became program manager of Falcon 2000 training
in 2006, and was named program manager of Falcon 7X
training in 2008.
In addition, FlightSafety International named DAVID
OPALACH assistant manager of the company's Learning
Center in Wilmington, Delaware. He joined FlightSafety
in 1999 and has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility in information technology and training
operations. Opalach most recently served as the director of quality management systems and was the point of
contact for all courseware development at the Wilmington
Learning Center.

Vector Aerospace
VECTOR AEROSPACE announced the addition of
the Airbus Helicopters H130 (formerly EC130 T2) and
EC130 B4 tail rotor gearbox to its existing range of
rotorcraft repair and overhaul capabilities.
According to the company, Vector will offer
this expanded support for the H130/EC130 from
its facilities in Langley and Richmond, British
Columbia, Canada, which already offer operators
worldwide a range of services for Airbus Helicopters
models including the H125/AS350, AS355, H130/
EC130, BO105, H135/EC135 and AS332. Vector's
service offerings for the H130/EC130 family include
D-level structural repairs, dynamic component
repair, including main and tail rotor gearboxes,
plus scheduled maintenance including 12-year
inspections. Vector also is an authorized Turbomeca
Arriel 2 repair center, supporting operators in North
America.
