This ensemble shows the typically fine quality workmanship of Alicia Larguía's seamstresses. Her original white shoes are signed "Marilú" on the soles. Top right: A Konning & Wernicke "Marilú" doll is dressed in the precious First Holy Communion gown and lovely matching bonnet with veil. She is holding a little rosary and the so important signed prayer book found in the trunk. Her sweet ensemble is made of a very fine cotton tulle with very narrow yellow satin piping. Also note she has a tiny money bag. Left: "Marilú" doll marked "Industria Argentina" made in early 1940s, is Argentina wearing an original outfit included in Lynn's trunk. Cotton plaid skirt, handknitted red sweater, hat and gloves. Shown by her side is the white pleated school uniform with embroidered letter "M" and her little brown leather school bag.
