The Celgene team has broad experience and diverse
technical backgrounds-from research in chemistry and
biology and translational medicine to drug development
(from Phase 1 to commercial) to business development to
contracting to finance. Ahouse admits that it helps alliance
executives immensely to know the Celgene organization
as they help their internal decision makers craft comprehensive and durable decisions on behalf of stakeholders. A
number of the people in the group have been with Celgene
in various functions for many years.
