Most recently, ASAP's 5th State of the Alliances report and Vantage Partners' studies demonstrated how alliance management practices drive alliance success rates. But the elusive "Holy Grail" has been to identify concrete, reliable economic and financial metrics that can lead to improved revenue streams and partnerships. Now comes the new ASAP 6th State of Alliances research report, "The Economics of Alliances, Social Capital, and Alliance Performance," authored by Shawn Wilson, PhD, DBA, vice president and general manager at Beaulieu West Textiles.
