This pair of Kling porcelain headed dolls belonged
to a brother and sister. The stamp on his chest tells
us he was purchased at Leipold's in New York City.
Dating to the late 1860s both dolls were generously
outfitted in fashions and fabrics of the period down
to their matching white pique Charlotte Corday
bonnets. Both wardrobes have apparel for winter
and summer wear. Coleman Collection
