Following the theme of the convention this year's hard cover souvenir journal filled with entertaining and informative articles was created by Kathy Monier inspired by two books illustrated by Adien-Emmanual Marie, A Child's Play and The Education of the Doll. Each day ticketed workshops were presented to small groups to give attendees a chance to work closely with the presenters learning clever sewing techniques and creating items for their collections. The workshops were managed by Nancy Percival. Ticketed seminars arranged by Kate Reed were also held allowing time for in-depth study of special interest topics giving attendees an opportunity to meet and learn from some of the foremost authorities. 74 FALL 2017 "Lesson Time" Luncheon was sponsored by the Florida West Coast Doll Club.
